I came here today and found this office entirely professional. Dr. Moore to not only be thorough, but empathetic and genuine. Given my L&I injury status and run-around for 3 months now, I really appreciated this. Erin also was wonderful; she listened to me on the phone before I came in and was able to get me an appointment much faster than most appointments are happening right now in this COVID-age, and I really appreciated her help and going above and beyond to make that happen. I did not have to wait to be seen; I showed up on time and was immediately brought to a room. I felt confident with their COVID precautions and found the appointment about as comfortable as I could hope for (despite the actual procedure, which also was not as bad as I'd feared!) - and that means a lot, since good experiences in general are few and far between right now. Overall I would go here again, and I recommend them for anyone in need of such services/care.

3 stars because the receptionist was rude. All other staff was kind. Also, there are 3 different listings for this Doctor and all 3 have different locations but are listed as the SAME address and phone number. With being from out of town I didn’t know where to go and with Google having the same address listed for each one I ended up having to go to all of them to find the correct place causing me to almost be late. It’s very inconvenient and hopefully something that they can fix for their patients.
