My elderly mother took her 5 year old Ford Focus to this dealership for a 45k service which according to Ford's recommendation is jut an oil change and inspection. She was charged a total of 865.95 for a bunch of services that weren't recommended by Ford and didn't even get the oil change that was recommended ... but they did manage to charge her 7.53 for hazardous waste disposal for an oil change. Lots of random changes for solvents and fluids for a total of 273.35 and 559.73 in labor. I called the service department and they happily defended all these changes. To me, this is scamming an old lady who doesn't know any better. Buyer beware!

Recently had a smooth and enjoyable experience purchasing a new Mach-E through Hilltop Ford! Bardiya, the sales manager, was very responsive through the whole process, did a great job walking through the car along with all the questions I had, and made sure I got a test drive of the car I would be purchasing before signing everything. Very friendly and genuinely excited about the cars he's showing. This also was the first time they had done the new Ford Options financing for the Mach-E and I appreciate they did their homework ahead of time to be prepared when I showed up. Garnett (finance manager) was great about walking through the contract and making sure all of the promotions were applied. As usual, there's the additional packages but I didn't feel pressured into them which was nice change from previous experiences. Overall, very happy with the Mach-E and the experience purchasing from Hilltop Ford, which felt as painless as you can get with purchasing a car.

As one might expect it is more expensive for some things but the service here is really great. I do suggest getting all quotes via email (rather than verbally over the phone) for work to be done to avoid any confusion. A couple different times I heard a different price than it turned out to be. So I was happy and there was no confusion when getting my estimate via email. Omar in the service center is very professional and communicative. I really appreciated his taking the time to answer all my questions in addition to his patience with my missing my scheduled time due to an emergency. Everyone was super friendly & courteous.

Wanted a Telluride and shopped around quite a bit, probably reached out to every Kia dealer in the bay area and valley. Tellurides are hard to get and even harder to not pay a hefty markup. Reached out to Hilltop Kia and Moe responded. He explained the situation to me and was patient in explaining my options. We ended up putting in an order with them. The car finally arrived after a seriously long wait, no fault of theirs. They made the buying process very simple and easy, none of the usual back and forth. Very clear on pricing, fees, financing, etc. Traded in a vehicle and they offered me about what I expected to get based on all my research. I am pretty OCD so I spent quite some time gathering information. I always second guess myself after a deal but with Hilltop Kia I had no regrets. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Moe was my primary contact but was not there on the day my car came in so I dealt with his colleague that I forgot the name of(sorry, I'm bad with names), but I have his card and will hold on to it for sure, he was stellar. Lewis was also a great help as well as their financing colleague. Everyone top to bottom was very helpful and nice and I never had a suspicious feeling that buying a car can sometimes give you. I know this review sounds a little too good to be true but I am not embellishing or exaggerating. Do yourself a favor and contact them and find out for yourself!

We are so happy with the service we received from Joel “JC” Calderon at Hilltop Ford. He was respectful and patient on every level. On our first visit he wasn’t pushy and genuinely wanted to help us make the right decision on a purchase. He took the time to show us a couple of cars, go through the features and various options. We returned the following weekend and looked at the same vehicles we were considering. JC answered the same questions we asked the week before and more. Again he was respectful and patient. He walked us through the purchase process with ease. We appreciate everyone at Hilltop Ford who were involved in our purchases of our new Ranger and Bronco Sport!

The car I was interested in was on backorder and Moe did an outstanding job allowing me to reserve and communicating timeline of delivery.
