Very helpful associates who can guide you in the right direction for what you are looking for. Friendly and patient while also providing fast service. Would recommend their salesman Zachery was a huge assistance. Also for military members who can't seem to get off base. You can ask for them to possibly pick you up. Excellent Experience with Fred Steven’s! The only positive effect of the recall services and coolant and transmission services provided was the fact service was provided at all and in a timely manner. After receiving my vehicle and looking at it along with the vague invoice provided, I had several issues: -The service techs did not disclose results of any fluid tests on the coolant or transmission fluid, if any tests were done at all -The service techs did not explain whether the systems were properly flushed and all required components replaced or if the service was a simple drain and fill. The invoice serves no indication of either or what process was used. -There was no result sheet attached to the invoice regarding the multi point inspection and I was not told of the results of the inspection, if one was conducted. -After taking my car home, I looked at the coolant levels the next day and while the engine was still warm, the coolant was below the minimum line which I will now have to procure more coolant to fill it to the proper level with. Overall the service provided was highly unsatisfactory and the only real documentation I received was the vague invoice and an electronic receipt notifying me of the charge to my credit card.

Buying a car or truck can, and often is, a real aggravation. There are so many unscrupulous dealers and salesman out there that it can be a tricky process to try to not get taken advantage of. Believe me, I have been on the bad end of a deal once or twice. I am very pleased that my most recent truck purchase was quite the opposite experience. I simply found what I wanted and they gave me a price. The price was very good without the need for negotiating and I purchased the truck. It really was that simple. Sanders Ford has been operating in Jacksonville for a very long time for a reason. They take care of their customers and I am glad to be one of them. So if you are thinking about purchasing a new car or truck, there is no better brand than Ford and there is no better dealer than Sanders! Go see Kyle Reinhardt and get yourself a deal. I had a great experience working with the people from Sanders ford! I absolutely fell in love with the ford explorer I test drove and honestly thought I was going to have to give it back, but finally after all day of haggling, I decided to call the sales manager myself and discuss pricing with him, and I have to say he pulled through! Got the amazing vehicle I wanted and at the monthly price I wanted! Will definitely be going back when it's time for my hubby a truck!
