I bought a new 2021 F-250 Platinum diesel at McRee after a long time searching online and in person at several Houston area dealerships. This is my first 3/4 ton truck and my salesman was friendly, professional and patient with my multiple trips to the dealership to look at different trucks. This is our second vehicle from McRee and this experience was the same for each, excellent! My wife and I love the truck and are very excited to hitch up our trailer and hit the road.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle here earlier this week. The process was a good one. We actually bought it sight unseen. The salesman send us a video of the car inside and out. I appreciate his willingness to go over and beyond to make this happen for us. And since we were coming in from out of town, he had all the paperwork ready for us to sign upon arrival. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Excellent service and nice folks. Was able to communicate easily and quickly. Phone calls were answered, texts acknowledged and replied to and emails were answered same day. Clean facility and great workmanship. Was able to work out a fair deal that I feel was mutually acceptable. If they have the vehicle you want then they will treat you right.

Incredible service! I’ve always been a Honda, Toyota and Nissan buyer. I decided to give Ford a shot. We found a beautiful Explorer online, and went to another dealership to check it out. The other dealership was giving an insulting amount for my trade-in. Needless to say we left that one. We decided to give McRee Ford a look. We have a friend with a solid contact there; great guys! They gave an extremely fair offer, I picked out the exact model, and the deal was finalized in less than two hours! I definitely recommend going by to see what they can do for you. I’m happy we went. Ask for Justin... we worked with both!
