I have used Overholt for 23 years. They have been amazing. They are responsive, professional, respectful to your home, and are very knowledgeable about more than just heating and A/C. And, they offer suggestions in many price ranges. We had to replace our water heater and fix our gas fireplace this year. Devon, technician, has been amazing in his skill and is just a very nice young man. I have trusted Brad, the owner, with keys to my Dad's house and would do so with his technicians as well. These guys rock!
