The sales Representative I had the pleasure of working with was Cheinier Griffin. His professional attitude was immediately appreciated. Upon arrival, he had the vehicle I had called about pulled around,and waiting when we got there. The vehicle was a Honda Civic, a first car for my son. He had saved up funds to do a cash purchase of a vehicle. Negotiations were made with the helpful assistance of DJ Culley (sales mgr), and we are very happy with the outcome. From beginning to conclusion, the sale was , quick,efficient, and orderly. We paid upfront for the vehicle,they did all the paperwork for tag,title transfer,and 4 weeks later we had title in hand. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Parks, and probably wont be my last. Mr. Griffin is a consummate personable professional who gets the job done! The first time. Thanks again. It was/is; continues to be a pleasure to do business with Parks.

2012 Toyota sequoia took my vehicle there for diagnosis my vehicle shut off while driving.Instead of doing a proper diagnosis they tried to sell me a new vehicle and also try to sell me a maintenance repair for over 700 to Replace spark plugs even though I told the service advisor that it was recently replaced less than 25,000 miles ago.Eventually they stated that they would not be able to complete the diagnosis unless I paid them 700 to replace the spark plugs.I figured that these guys are full of it so I had my vehicle towed away from their service department and dealership as quickly as possible after paying 145 to release it from the premises.I ended up taking the vehicle to a regular mom and pop shop and they fix the vehicle in less than five minutes “ issue a loose vacuum hose”.And GuessWhat I was not even charged anything for them to connect the vacuum hose.I feel sorry for those people at that dealership I hope one day they will learn to do the right thing and take care of their customers I do love my Toyota but please be wary of where you take your Toyota for service because they are not into doing repairs they’re only into selling vehicles and that recording that they are an award-winning service center that’s garbage should be ashamed of yourself.

Our sales rep Billy was AMAZING. It was a smooth and peaceful pleasure working with him. He went above and beyond to find what we were looking for and took the time to explained in detailed, all the features inside and outside for our new vehicle. Billy was knowledgeable and really took the time to explained all we needed to know regarding the paperwork and process. We were so pleased with our prior two purchases years ago from our sales rep Billy, we when back to buy another vehicle, \this is our 3rd vehicle. \ For exceptional customer service, Billy would be your go-to sales rep. It was not an easy task but somehow, she made it happen for me. I am so grateful. Ive been to other Toyota dealerships but my experience at Parks Toyota of DeLand was by far the best. The manager worked hard to get me the deal that best fit my budget and our fiance agent was quick and made the whole singing process painless.
