Aight well since y’all not gon hear me out on the last one. This is it currently, yes it looks pretty that it is down and styled so yes I was pleased after getting it fixed but it’s not like I can see the back bottom of my hair until it was pointed out to me. For real though, please explain to me why there’s no highlights at the bottom of my hair??? I don’t understand why after paying so much it still had to get corrected and yet this is what I came out to so explain that logic to me?

Let me tell you why: Growing up, my mom took me to a pricey salon expecting a beautiful hair cut and the stylist absolutely butchered my hair. It was so bad that the salon owner had to come in and fix it. Of course I was traumatized and started cutting my own hair as a teen. Eventually my mom told me about Pin Curlz Parlor and in all honesty, I could have picked any stylist and I would have been happy with the outcome. I don’t know who made the stars align that day but I am the luckiest of ducks to have crossed paths with Megan. Her attention to detail and being able to execute anything I ask is really like no other. I trust her and her ability to make me look good that I’ve gotten to a point where I sit in her chair and give her the creative space to let her do what she thinks looks best. I’ve never been disappointed. If you’re looking for the best of the best, book with Megan!

I had a GREAT experience today at Pin Curlz Parlor. My stylist Amber did a fantastic job on my hair. Everyone working there wore their masks and complied with CDC guidelines. Also the pinup pics and skeleton decor was fabulous. I can't wait to go back!

I got referred to this salon by a fellow mom. I was stoked because it was a retro salon. The salon and staff were so nice and I would give 5 stars to that alone. The lady whom did my hair was super sweet and friendly. When I sat down in the chair, she asked what I wanted and I I said I wanted shorter layers in the front around my face. She washed my hair and began to cut. Being a stylist I gave her my 110% trust. We started talking and got into deep conversation. She trimmed my hair because I informed her I did not want a lot taken off since I was only looking to get the front shorter. She ended up taking off an inch or so and added short layers all throughout my hair (not what I wanted at all). She then began to add short layers on the front but not feathering at all - it was more of a hack job. Long story short I ended up with the most horrendous hairstyle possible. It was nothing I asked for and nothing I expected. I informed the Instagram account via message. The owner then called me the next day and said she could get me in by the middle of the week. I am so happy she responded and offered to fix my hair, she was really trying to make it better. But I didn’t feel comfortable getting my hair touched and most likely being talked about by staff when getting it done. The owner is probably amazing, but I decided to go to my original stylist an hour away - whom is worth the 75. I’m just writing this to make sure you do your research on stylist because you could end up getting something completely different then expected.

Amber was the most AMAZING stylist! It was my first time ever doing anything dramatic to my hair & she made my dreams come true ️ My hair turned out better than I could’ve asked for & she was so unbelievably amazing! Will def go back for every single touch up with my girl & we have many plans for the futureeeee!

Took my self and two teen daughters to get haircuts today. My first daughter hair was fine but she only got a haircut that was shorter, but otherwise no different from before...so it turned out fine. My teenager gave a picture to the young lady of what she wanted and it did not look anything like it and really the overall look when finished was not good. Mine was not at all what I asked for. I wanted hair cut shorter to mid neck in back and short layers throughout to add body. I had previously gotten my haircut there and it was done perfectly by someone else, but when she was done, it had not body on top or the sides....just flat and that back was way above middle of neck. When I addressed the curls it should have , she just stated she could not make it curly and maybe if I went home and washed it, later it might be better. She did state if not what I wanted I could come back within 7 days to have it fixed, but at this point, I would not want her to touch my hair again. So disappointed. I Ireally try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but it was really disheartening.

All the ladies here are prompt and very clean! Everything I've gotten done was wonderful and how I wanted it! Even take my kids here and with babies they are a handful but Samantha did a wonderful job with my youngest!
