I went to get my hair done at this place because it was super recommended by my friends and they told me to get it done with Rosalva, I believe she is the owner I'm not sure. The day I went I told her I wanted to dye my hair light brown that I wanted to be seen that I dyed my hair and she said ok. Then she told me the color she was putting me was gold but it didn't come out the color she said it is more like a rose gold something I definitely didn't like when I saw it and she just said you just need to get use to it. I left unhappy and next day I texted her asking if she could do something with my hair to make it lighter, she said she could bleach it and I told her I didn't want that so she said she could do some highlights but I said I didn't want to pay extra, so she said let's wait 2 weeks and I'll see what I can do. I texted her 2 weeks after and she replied 3 days after which was today saying that she couldn't do anything to my hair without using bleach or she could put a darker color on my hair which I don't want. If I dyed my hair it was because I want it to be light brown not to have it darker. Definitely not going back to that salon and won't recommend it.
