This is a very quality facility with knowledgeable and caring staff. Don't expect a 5 start resort, that is not why you are there. The food is as good as it can get in a facility and they do a good job of being accommodating. Like in most places, the staff is pulled in many directions. Try to be patient and when you can't, then politely advocate for yourself.

Our staff are compassionate and focused on providing rapid access for patients, quality care with measured outcomes and communication with our referral sources. Springstone, the parent company, is very supportive of their facilities and offers a hands-on approach when opening a new hospital. I've been very impressed with their leadership team.

Horrible experience!! Was not informed of any of my rights upon arrival, was not allowed to see a doctor or speak with a nurse, was locked in a room for over 5 hours with little food or water denied a doctor when I asked to see one, I had my vitals checked by the receptionist after two hours of being locked in a room, and was so graciously informed by her that she was told by someone in “the back room” to take my vitals, makes me think she has no idea what she is doing!! It would not surprise me if this place ends up on the news for their malpractice and abuse of patients! Anyone reading these reviews DO NOT GO HERE or send ANYONE of your loved ones here under any circumstance!!!!!!

This place sounds horrifying and illegal. Good thing I am on the out side and will gladly get the news and attorneys involved incase something goes wrong for my loved one. These reviews are sickening. I am extremely cautious and nervous for my person inside. Sounds like they just drug you and hold you against your will. To the owner don't even reply back with your good cop response as I've seen you do to the rest of them.

I'm still in the admissions room and already giving this place 1 star, 0 of I could. Food is terrible, like jail level, conveniently didn't tell me that after I sign papers I legally can't leave or I'll be held against my will, after I was telling them I didn't feel safe here and would like to leave. What kind of place holds a person against their will unless they're actively trying to kill someone?? This place has terrible ratings and now I see why.
