We moved into our new home a few months ago - and the boiler recently started to leak water. We called Rosenthal for service and were able to get a service call scheduled pretty quickly. Dan, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. He arrived in the morning for a diagnostic and then was able to return the same day (afternoon) for boiler cleaning and repairs. He did a great job of cleaning up our older boiler and replacing the air vents and thermocouples. I also appreciate how quickly the office called with a quote after the diagnostic, as well. We will be using Rosenthal again - and I highly recommend Dan! Thanks again!

The blower motor on my furnace was causing issues and this service request was worked through my home warranty. Dan, from Rosenthal Heating came out and inspected my furnace a week ago and almost immediately identified the problem. Dan then returned about a week later after the part was ordered and the home warranty approved everything to replace the blower motor. Between both trips to my home Dan was top-notch. Polite, professional, and took time to answer any questions that I had for him. He wasted no time in replacing the motor and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. If I ever need further HVAC service, I will be calling Rosenthal first. Dan was great.

Alex and Dane arrived promptly to install a furnace and A.C. I really appreciated that Alex answered all of my questions and also shared additional information with me. It's really helpful to understand the process. They were respectful to my home environment leaving everything tidy and they were very quiet while putting in the furnace and A.C. After the installation Alex showed me where he had taped a folder to the furnace containing the invoice details, and a list for recording the maintenance on the furnace. The next day Kim emailed the receipt and set up the 60 day inspection of the A.C. and furnace to make sure everything is running well and to our satisfaction. The owner Jerry explained the best furnace for our home and even selected one that would qualify us for a rebate with \Focus On Energy\.
