If I could give less than one star I would. My son had his eye exam here and it’s been down hill ever since. He waited two and a half weeks for his glasses to come in. When I called to check on them I was told “you can pay out of pocket or wait for them to come in. However long that takes.” The woman on the phone was extremely rude and dismissing. A month after receiving his glasses they were bent out of shape. I took them in to be reshaped and the guy was rude and told me “not to touch anything because I’m not cleaning this whole store again.” Three months later the glasses are completely broken. There was a warranty purchased with the glasses that now seems to have just been a money grab because no one knows anything about it. I called to get a copy of his prescription and explained that I couldn’t come in but I’d sign a form allowing the to release it via email. The lady on the phone, who refused to identify herself, said “nope we don’t do that. You have to come in.” I tried to explain to her that I couldn’t come in and that I didn’t have anyone I could send she says “look I’m not going back and forth either come in or you don’t want it.” Again trying to get some clarity I asked her name and she hung up in my face. I called back and it was more of the same. I normally don’t write reviews but this had to be said. I will never support this business again. I will make sure no one in my family supports this business again. I will make sure none of my friends support this business again. I think they have forgotten that without customers they won’t have a business. I’m more than willing to help them remember. Service is horrible and the product is just as bad.

Unprofessional and money hungry. It’s sad. I wouldn’t waste my time. You could find better customer service anywhere but here.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. THE PLACE IS RUN DOWN THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS AREN'T GOOD. IVE BEEN TO BETTER PLACES. IF YOU'VE BEEN GOING TO EYE DOCTORS YOU KNOW IT DOES NOT TAKE 2 MONTHS FOR ANY TYPE OF EYEWEAR TO COME IN. PLEASE TAKE TIME WHEN PICKING AN EYE DOCTOR BECAUSE THIS ISN'T ONE WORTH PICKING.
Real nice place and real nice people, the glasses were affordable and ready in 24 hours ...I would recommend them to others..
