This is a long past due review. I cannot thank the staff of Silvercrest at College View for the care they gave my mother from Feb 2018 to Apr 2020. Every person on the staff brought a skill that took a senior care facility to a home, and a place of safety for my mom. Staff members, from the front desk, administration, dining room, activities, nursing, maintenance, care givers, etc made it a point to get to know the residents and developed care plans/personal interactions with them that made them feel at home, safe and welcome. I cannot thank them enough!

The Schath

I cannot say enough positive things about Silvercrest. We had to move my Mom quickly from her home into a facility. They worked with us and helped us make the best decision about her care. She is now doing great with all of the mental stimulation and activities. The staff is caring and helpful and all know who she is. The residents are friendly and welcoming and helped ease her transition. I would highly recommend Silvercrest to anyone with elderly parents.

My mom has been in their Memory Care going on 2 years now. Shanea and her staff are the most compassionate and qualified workers I have encountered. They take care of the patients as well as making sure families are updated. Today they had my mom FaceTime with me. Awesome. Every worker, from Shanea to housekeeping are the best. I appreciate them more than words can express.

The staff are so kind and understanding. I love the homey environment and especially the outdoor area. It’s very clean too. My favorite is the food! Always delicious with lots of choices. The chef comes out from the kitchen and asks us if everything tastes ok. He really cares about what we need and what we like.
