I have a friend who moved in. The apartment complex gave her number to a random person they wanted to make her roommate. No background check on the new person and she is violent. Couldn’t say if it is drugs or what since she just posted about a psych eval she was admitted for. Obviously paranoid and she claims to be schizophrenic as well. Who knows with all her online claims. All it took was a quick scroll of her facebook and the harassing texts received to see it. She posted these photo’s bragging about how her cane was straight before she was triggered. How safe are the residents with this type of tenant?

I had a great experience at The Connection! I had very few issues while living there and the issues I did have were resolved quickly. Everyone is very nice and helpful, ESPECIALLY the property manager Maria she truly made my stay there even better and she is very helpful. I recommend it !

I have enjoyed my time here for two years. For the price of rent/utilities, it is a reasonable place for students to live. Olivia gave me a tour and she was very transparent and upfront with me when answering questions. The staff is always willing to help out.

I stayed here for a year, and the overall experience wasn't bad, aside from some initial cleanliness and maintenance issues. However, the unethical business practice of overcharging in an effort to make sure you don't get your security deposit back, unfortunately, is present here and has soured my opinion of The Connection. For example, when you move in you are given a card that allows you to enter through the front gates. Mine didn't work from the start, but I quickly came to learn that the complex doesn't actually close the gates, it is all to give a false sense of security. Every resident simply enters through the exit gates located on both sides. I forgot to include the broken card in my move-out packet, causing them to charge me 75.00 (for reference, the exact same card costs 3.18 on Amazon) , when I offered to return the card I was told \sorry it should have been included with the move-out packet\ I'm not saying you shouldn't live at The Connection, it's an incredibly average complex, however, I highly recommend you find either: A.) Somewhere that treats you equally as bad at a better price B.) Somewhere nicer at a higher price If you like the location, check out The Nest (more expensive, but nicer) or The Reserve (cheaper, but same value) I've included a picture of my \75\ non-functioning gate card, so you may see its incredible value first-hand.

Living at The Connection has been great for me. I love the amenities they offer, and all the workers are very nice and helpful. Olivia did a good job of making the application and signing process super easy for me and my roommates. I just wish the hot tub would work ️
