I love my apartment it's so comfortable and spacious and luxurious .. it's very piecful here.. the apartment have an incredible viewes the ponds ducks fish and more amazing trees . nature .I don't have to worry about my car or belongs In my apartment. Its in a very good location . I love that the apartment are gated . Staff and management are very helpful and understanding and are willing to go the extra mile as needed so are the maintenance man and apartment cleaners. Thank you for everything staff at The Pearl at Spring Creek...

Beautiful, park like grounds but buyer beware! Heavy crime at this complex including residents! APD and SWAT are here at least four times a year. You're moved in at a low introductory price then gouged each year for rent increases! No improvements are made and rent increase of 139.00 a MONTH for our new lease! Rent went from 750.00 to 989.00 in two years! They advertise as a \gated\ community. While fences have been put up around the property, the gates have yet to be functional! Additionally, the gates will use a keypad and a code which is proven ineffective because people just give their code to visitors, then soon anyone can get onto the property. Plumbing problems, roaches and loud, inconsiderate neighbors, drug paraphernalia (needles), faulty elevators, etc. Dishwasher was replaced after the first year but there is not enough water pressure for it to run properly. They do however, accept large dogs (which is why we moved here) and cats with an additional 25.00 a month per pet. They also advertise at a low price and claim \utilities included\ but don't mention, until you're ready to sign the lease, that they are not actually included. They just tack on a utility fee (over 100.00) on your rent so a 750.00 a month apt turns into 900.00 a month apt instantly. Pictures are of just one thing we personally deal with...(black, smelly water with black chunks coming up and overflowing the kitchen sink) Like I said...BUYER BEWARE!

The air handler was very loud, but they thought it was normal. I had car when I moved in, but when I lost my job, I had to return my car. When they finally got the gates installed they demanded that all pedestrians go to the through the gate at the office. That is a vast inconvenience. I moved out in January and got a letter in February telling me that a company in California would send me a refund check. And, I was supposed to get 260 dollars back. That check never came. I finally called them in September. They never called me back. They knew exactly why I was calling. Now, they cut me a check for 60. They added charges to consume that 200 that they had not charged me in their first letter. By sending this out of state, they made it into a federal case. They are crooks. Do yourself a favor and do not rent there. Yes, Zero stars. This dialog wouldn't let you submit zero stars.

The Pearl, has been my home for the last 5 years, Like any other multi housing complexes their are problems or issues, how ever Maintenance has a great response time, they're friendly courteous, and proficient. House keeping is always moving around the property cleaning the breezeway and elevators. The office is polite professional, and go above and beyond for the resident, They are community conscious, and I love that... Again 5 years, and I plan on renewing my contract, My daughter lives here as well works in Santafe and refuses to move from her apartment,,, this is home. Thank you to the pearl for making this a great place to live...

Property manager cut corners and wouldn’t talk to me or hear me out. Said I was too loud * I have a daughter and get out of work at 3 in the morning. I tried to say I have time stamps (from work) saying I was at work when I got the notice and no one was home. Now I have to go to the courts and fight this because I don’t want this on my renters history. She literally hung up the phone on me when I was explaining myself. If anyone has a direct line to the owner please let me know. I literally have proof? I don’t know if she’s lazy or ? Just doesn’t care. Either way. Terrible, literally terrible management. Who does that ? I’m glad to leave, just wish it wasn’t with lawyers and the court during COVID. Both money and time wasted because they couldn’t get there facts straight.
