I placed my husband in the Ridge memory care home for a two week respite stay. I was very anxious about doing this fearing he would either be heartbroken or extremely angry. As it turned out he was neither. They took very good care of him and when our children visited, they were relieved to see how comfortable he was. I will definitely be using this facility again. My husband said of the staff "they were kind".

Pay top dollar for poor accommodations! Quality of food is going down at an alarming rate. Multiple issues with heating and cooling constantly and taking days to fix.

They are such an amazing community. They truly care for their residents. They always seem to have something fun happening in their building for their residents. They will take great care of your grandma and grandpa, or your parents. Definitely give them a call and talk to them.

The crew at the Ridge at Cottonwood are second to none!! They have been so kind and professional whenever I’ve worked with them. I’m a Healthcare worker and I know what a great team looks like. The challenges they have faced with Covid has not slowed them down! If you or a loved one are thinking about moving into the Ridge I would highly recommend it! They will take great care of you!

The Ridge at Cottonwood has a positive atmosphere, it is very clean and beautiful. The staff are very compassionate to the residents that reside within the community. They take care of their residents as if they were their own family and are a key factor in delivering a friendly environment. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

We toured several facilities for my Aunt when the doctors told us she couldn’t be on her own any longer. The Ridge Cottonwood is the best facility we could have ever found. The staff is very nice and great listeners. They always do their best to be accommodating with her ever changing needs. They are sincere in wanting to give her the best care necessary. The building is so so clean and so welcoming the minute you come through the front door. They are always willing to work with our family to give my Aunt the best care possible for her individual needs. It is very nice to eat in the dining room with her as it is made to feel like we were dining in a nice restaurant. I would recommend The Ridge Cottonwood to anyone wanting to be reassured your loved one is in a great place!

I had a very close family friend stay here and they have neglected him on several occasions!!!! I keep hearing horror stories from others as well & also the the food is horrible!!! I’m so disappointed in the care my loved ones have received at this place. Something needs to be done. We can not let our family members & friends continue to be treated this way.

My parents have been here for almost 2 years. Never a regret. From the front desk to the activities staff (especially!!!) they care about my folks and their physical and emotional well being. They give a damn when folks are having a bad day and always step up to help out. I really feel like they treat my folks like family. (Before you ask, I was over there 6-8 times a week before COVID so I actually see them and their behavior all the time). They try really hard within current restrictions and deliver better than could be expected.
