UPS Store #4423 Lincoln Street, Wakefield, MA I’ve gone to this UPS location many times. I must say everyone that works here has excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable. Grace and Mary usually wait on me. These two ladies go beyond and above to help anyone they can. They are exceptional in what they do! Thank you for your help and kindness!

I just spoke with Mary from the UPS Store in Wakefield. She was of great help to me. I received an email from Amazon telling me that they had not received my return and that they would be charging my card for this item. I did return this item through the UPS store. I have my receipts but I didn't say the exact item. Mary was FABULOUS she got the tracking number right from the UPS site and she helped me to get to the UPS site and track that package that was returned. It had the return and the exact time that Amazon got that item back. Without you Mary I would have been charged again! Please give Mary a raise, she certainly deserves it! This UPS store goes above and beyond in customer service !!!The staff and owner couldn't be more helpful finding solutions for shipping. I have never experienced such amazing helpfulness before something was actually shipped, even though the team is completely swamped right now after a local auction. THANK YOU AJ and your team ! I bought a small marble statue from an auction house Kaminsky. The UPS Store arrange the shipping and packing. Everything was perfect! Very nicely packed, arrived in perfect condition, very courteous service... Excellent. Jean Pierre
Everyone at this UPS store is always very helpful. Even with the restrictions due to COVID-19 they are doing a great job. They limit the number of customers, practice social distancing, etc. I was there today and Mary (owner?) helped me with some returns, suggested a better (cheaper) shipping option, etc. They're my go-to stop for anything shipping related!
We are very happy with the entire team and great help in shipping our goods to UK. Im very impressed with the professional approach and advise given to my wife Jolanta who can be a pain :) but Mr. Yanakakis the owner helped us and guided through options. We imported very fragile mirror and were stressed whether will come in one piece ! The packaging was made very well ... some carpenters could learn from it :) Mirror came unscratched and in great condition ! We will definitely use this store again if in need for more items to be imported form USA.
It is on the expensive side to send something via UPS and where it is located there is plenty of parking because it is across the street from a parking lot
