I have been seeing Dr. Touchstone for all my medical needs for several years, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is pleasant, kind and interested in my total well-being, as well as the symptoms that brought me to her office (or virtual visit) that day. She will spend as much time as needed with her patients, and, if she is late for my appointment, I know that it is because someone else required extra time. I never feel rushed through my appointment due to time restraints. I have also contacted her through the patient portal, and received timely responses to all my inquiries. I feel comfortable seeing Dr. Touchstone for all my medical needs, and, if she feels a specialist would be a preferred provider, she doesn't hesitate to make a referral. I highly recommend Dr. Touchstone for anyone looking for a highly qualified provider.

Called over 6 times, when they finally returned my call. Receptionist was ready to schedule a virtual visit for my 10 year old daughter with a sore throat until she found out we are new patient, just relocated from out of state. She told me to go urgent care because she only has new patient appointments openings in September. Asked her to confirm with the doctor if she cant squeeze us in to take care of my daughter’s current sore throat, she was very very dismissive and told me she was going to have to disconnect the call because they are busy. Was only trying to support the black doctor in my community, but hey, nevermind. They are plenty of other qualified doctors out there. So thank you!!!!!!!

I love Dr Touchstone but the office assistants needs some professional training. The ladies in the front office are rude. They also never answer the phone..What doctor office doesn’t answer their phones!! Good luck getting any type of appointment because she’s always booked weeks out.
