I concur with a majority of the negative reviews. Just recently found out that NP Lori Shellenback is no longer with the group. Thanks for not notifying her patients which isn’t surprising considering call backs are rare. Terrible front office performance. Not worth the premium price you pay for a cut rate customer experience. I only give 2 stars as it would be unfair to the accounting staff which has generally been very helpful in navigating the administrative nightmare at Primary Care of Brevard. I would already have another provider were it not for the pandemic and difficulty in finding new providers.

Horrible office staff / front desk staff! My results were withheld from myself AND my therapist (that they referred me to) several times. Inexcusable and unapologetic, they didn't care at all about the time, money or stress that this has cost me. I've requested several times to have the doctor call me to go over results, I still haven't heard from them. It's quite possible that the staff simply isn't passing along the messages and requests. The most disregard I've ever experienced from a medical professional office.

Quality care and friendly staff. Easy to schedule with. My experience so far has been great. My only complaint is the persistence of emails asking me to review them... but hey, if it works it works.

A concern for my health has not been committed. I am making sure I am taking good care of myself while I remain in bed at home. They aren't very communicative on results nor scheduling appointments, not as I have experienced. My husband has been very helpful throughout our experience with them and helping me stay strong. I can not count on their integrity and would appreciate any other recommendations for Doctors in the future. We are new to Florida. We've never had such a lack of support, but then again it's everywhere.
