I love my 10 year old Yorkie (Andy). I am also happy rescues and adoptions finally started wising up by having physical locations. Adoptable pets don’t get enough exposure. The staff was so knowledgeable and helped me get my new best friend that fits my life and personal health issues. The prices are reasonable considering other places take charitable contributions from large companies and states. They definitely are not influenced by corporation money. They also gave my Andy a lifetime health warranty. I was amazed! Who does that! I definitely recommend people to stop by and see them. They have all types of mixes and pure breeds from pups to seniors. My friends and family are going to visit and adopt a pet from them too. I just want to say Thank You for my new pet and I will be sure to let everyone know about you guys. Keep up the good cause and don’t let anyone tell you different.

Me and my wife wanted a puppy for our first home so we went out and found an adorable mini schnauzer and cocker mix. We fell in love with her right from the get go. The 2 employees were very informative and willing to let us handle the dog for a good while until we made our decision. Very professional and low pressure easy to talk to people, even set us up with essentials for the puppy so we didn't even have to go to the store to buy stuff for her. I'm not sure about everyone getting sick puppies they are living animals though anyone or thing can get sick! I'd recommend this place to anyone thank you guys for making it an awesome experience.
This place is a scam. Sold me a sick dog who needed surgery. The “Insurance” that came with the puppy never paid my claim and has stopped responding. Total b/s scam.
We bought 2 puppies from this "rescue" shelter about 2 weeks ago. One of them we had to take to the emergency vet that same day, and then again 2 days later. 750 in vet bills. They had the audacity to hand me a paper stating a Vet had examined her daily and "there were no abnormalities". Even in the store, the dog was sneezing and coughing with thick snot. I was already in love and we felt that the dogs were being cared for poorly so we took them anyhow... now, the dogs are sick again.
I love this place! You can play with the puppies. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Yes this place is pricey about the same as a breeder. I got the perfect puppy who actually went nuts when she saw me. She came with everything dog house, food, shots, toys, microchipped, pet insurance and lots of love which is all that matters! I think she rescued us! So I gave town puppies 5 stars for their matching abilities!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They need to learn how to put customers first. I was the only customer in the store, looking to buy a puppy for my niece. The sales associates barely acknowledged me! I felt completely IGNORED!
Very nice staff. Pricey puppies but they offer some kick backs and if request a specific type of dog the owner will search for you and contact you the puppies arrive. Would recommend.
