This is a fantastic dealership to work with! The staff was wonderful and beyond friendly, going above and beyond in all aspects of our visit. We came to look at a specific vehicle and ended up purchasing it. As first time vehicle buyers, we were concerned about the horror stories you hear about (being taken advantage of, hidden fees, waiting hours upon hours for paperwork, etc.). Our experience at Twin City never once felt like we were being taken advantage of or having details hidden from us. All the staff were as transparent as could be. Great deal on a new 2020 Toyota Tacoma! I will update review once I have had my first service with Twin City Toyota. The only piece that was a bit annoying was current level of communication with sales staff as they are working staggered scheduled for the reduced sales volumes because of the current situations. In working with other dealerships, I didn't have this issue but best price was at Twin City!
