Staff is very nice, and they let me know ahead of time when it was time to make an appointment. They are great about Covid controls, and make you feel welcome and safe. The doctor is friendly and likes to get to know his patients. The medical equipment is state of the art and the doctor is great about explaining the techniques, technology, and what it means for your eye health. He even gave some dietary advice for my specific situation, which I really appreciated. Can’t say enough great things about them.

Dr. Robertson is hands down the nicest, most professional, and caring doctor I have ever met. He takes the time to explain what's going on, and really seems to care about his patients in a way that's hard to find these days, super cool guy. The staff were very helpful, nice, and made my visit quick and easy. I highly recommend Uptown Vision Center, I will never go anywhere else.

Friendly staff and quick service. They have a good selection of frames but do not pressure you to buy them there. Modern equipment too so the exam went great.

I can not give them enough praise. The kindest staff I have ever dealt this. They were so fast and courteous. Even patient when my teen daughter was late, so we were not the best patients. (We had more drama, but the office staff was outstanding). I will never go anywhere else. This was the first doctor that listened to me and helped me with my scratching eyes. I have complained to many doctor's in the past. I am so happy they got us in as new patients.
