Trouble call coordinated by the home warranty service. Quick analysis of the problem with the heating system and a quick repair by reconnecting a relay control wire that had been loose.

A knowledgeable and friendly man arrived early for the appointment. I was grateful that he showed up wearing a mask. I showed him the boiler, explained the problem, and he repaired it. When he left, I had heat. I recommend them without reservation and I would call them again.

Lots of issues. Mini-split not secured to base outside, wiring not planned properly, system check of current heat pump - no checklist. No report provided on unit. Poor communication between boss & workers. If we hadn't been watching what was being done, some things would have been done wrong or not at all. My husband said he had to argue with one tech. Overall, cannot recommend this company.
