Narrow runway provides a interesting challenge to new pilots. Caution regarding light experimental aircraft flying low around final without ADS-B or Radios. The office is nice and clean when it's open.

A gas 3.50 gal, clean restrooms, well maintained paved and dirt strips.

First, Move your low flying, training aircraft away from and fly outside Maricopa city limits. Second, to the Instructor pilots engine stalls and other training maneuvers not a good idea over our homes. Ak-Chin you've been warned before there is plenty of Air Space outside and away form city limits to use so be considerate.
