Terrible response time and customer service. The customer service is handled by sales reps and they will run you in circles if there is any problems. I’ve placed 2 orders through this company and each time there has been an issue. My First order I paid for a pallet of bottles that the representative sold me and when the shipment came it was only 10 cases or one layer of bottles on a pallet. I ended up paying 3x more per bottle then what I was expecting. When I addressed the problem with management they laughed at me and told me that the rep had already been fired and that they were sorry. My second order was a much smaller order but again I paid up front. They quoted me a certain pricing and then came back with an up charge on the freight cost after I already purchased the order. I told them I shouldn’t have to pay for it since I already placed the payment. The sales representative said she would get back to me ASAP to see if management would cover the cost. It took her 4 business days for an answer and it probably would of taken longer if I didn’t initiate contact. Again all they could say is sorry for the inconvenience. Overall my experience with this company has been terrible.
