I received a call to finish my application, was told that the room I wanted was available for the date I specified, completed it and paid the 200 fees. Then not even 30 min later, I receive a call saying that the room I wanted isn’t even available until the following month. I requested a refund, which was refused. And instead was offered a room 300 above my budget, and that is before utilities. I have attempted to schedule a call with manager for two weeks, and never received a call. I called the office and asked to speak with a manager, and never got connected with anyone else. It is very dissapointing that this place is already overpriced and geared towards college students. But I was not even given the correct information and now i am the one who has to pay for it. Be very careful and specify EVERYTHING before you think about considering this place. The staff was also very rude when trying to resolve this issue.

If I could give this apartment complex less than 1 star I would. It is managed poorly and with inexperienced personnel that lack basic customer service skills and knowledge. Our daughter lived here and moved into a unit with damage that was unacceptable and we only moved her in because we were told that it would be fixed. We followed the necessary repair process and reporting the damage and nothing was done to fix over half of the issues. If you are sending a student here I do not recommend it due to the noise level surrounding the building and drug deals that happen on a regular basis which management doesn't do anything about. The halls reek of urine and weed and the parking lot is always filthy. Now after moving out in July they are asking for additional costs for the repairs that were existing when she moved in and I have photos to prove it dated from over a year ago. I will contact the university as well to let them know that they might be recommending an apartment building that is not conducive to learning and GSU standards.

I am so happy that I stumbled across this property. I love my floor plan and the small details that make it a place I want to call home. Alaya was a pleasure to work with, as she worked hard to answer my questions in a timely manner and made my move in as smooth as possible. I love and travel to the area often. Now I can enjoy these very small things indefinitely.

Love the staff here! Alaya did an amazing job during an extremely tough moving experience for me. I was able to move quickly, find the perfect apartment and caught them during a special! Can’t wait for the rest of my time at Dwell.
