Your service department went way over the top to help us out! We were traveling and had a major issue, Ann was fantastic as was the mechanic that worked on our truck. Salesman Greg was wonderful! My only negative thought is this: I’ve now purchased 3 new vehicles from Auto Nation in the past 10 years and there was no acknowledgement of that from dealership. Customer loyalty should be rewarded not ignored. I don’t feel my continued patronage had any affect on my deal and I think it should have. Not sure that I’ll come back for my next vehicle.
