The lines will go all the way down northern parkway. They need to implement a system that works more efficiently. I have quite a few suggestions but they get defensive. They'll never improve if they don't listen to good criticism.

In the drive-through now for 40 min. There were three cars ahead of me when I arrived. Sitting at teller now for over 15 min. Other line is being served our line is not.

I just sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes, for it to close right in front of my face. This is the second location I've been to this morning. You change the hours, and then do this. Horrible Service.

Every time I come in here the staff is disrespectful and you are on their time. This time Specifically a lady by the name of antionette was very nasty and in no way did she want to help me with my problem.
