We just completed the trade and purchase of a new 2021 Heartland Mallard M26, the trade and purchase was completed all via email and text. We have purchased vehicles like this so this was nothing new to us. Angela quickly responded (in a couple hours or less) to our inquiry, answering all our many questions quickly. Just a point of reference one other dealer responded 5 days later, two others not at all. We did not further correspond with anyone else. We live on west coast but our rv is seasonally located about 45 minutes north of Bartow. We found that certain items needed to be updated in the unit to accommodate our family; most importantly never heard NO; the dealership listen to our requests; made sure before proceeding on the changes that we both were on same page. Sales and service (Billie and Jesse) worked hand in hand. The changes that we paid for were done right and look great. When it was delivered to our site; the installer made sure it was setup properly; had more units to deliver in that day but was in no rush to get away .. made sure it was done correctly. After delivery we found we had a couple of outlets not working; the dealership quickly sent Joe to resolve the issues making sure it was all working before he left. That service combined with the sale process is why we gave a 5.
We went for a casual visit to look up the used inventory, our sales person Mathias was great. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions regarding the rv’s, placement, registrations, places to park and more. they where very attentive and although we didn’t purchased anything that day, they offered excellent service.
