I adopted a cat last weekend and the staff was so pleasant and helpful!! Even though I arrived after close (due to traffic) the staff and Veterinarians were so kind and understanding and stayed with me almost an hour after close to make sure my cat and I had everything we needed! Dr. Odom was so amazing, personable and thoughtful and checked I had everything set up for the cat at home, had me up to date with the cats personality and health habits, answered every little question I had and reassured me that I can absolutely call with any more questions! It was very obvious that the staff and Veterinarians care VERY much about the animals that come in. LOVE this hospital and definitely taking my cat there for his check ups!

Our old cat Nala wasn’t feeling too well, but Dr. “TheBombDotCom” Mayo and her team did a phenomenal job in treating her. She wasn’t 100% recovered in time for our trip, but we felt comfortable enough to leave her with Dale City until our return... They took such great care of her, while also making sure she felt comfortable with her new environment and the staff. We took her home and our girl was back to her old self (and she smelled really good too)!

We were very impressed with Dr. Justin Odom's professional competence and positive attitude about the prospects for our 12-year old Belgian Shepherd who had recently developed several stressful problems. The result of Dr. Odom's treatment has been a much improved canine patient. And our family is ever so thankful for that!

Absolutely disgusted after Dr. Mayo gave my cat a vaccine without my permission. (Isn't that illegal)? My usual vet is Dr. O, and he's always been great (which is why I'm not giving 1 star) but will not be allowing Dr. Mayo to touch any of my animals again. Will be expecting a full refund when I talk to Dr. O tomorrow or I will not be returning.

My husky Zuli McFuzzybutt has had a LOT of issues throughout his life and I've taken him to a LOT of vets. Some have been great experiences with great vets, but I cannot emphasize enough how the staff at Dale City Animal Hospital surpasses every other veterinary experience we've had. Don't hesitate to visit them. You'll be in good hands. I've never been happier.

The vets and vet techs here are so sweet and polite! They always remember me and my two kitties and they go out of their way to make sure we feel comfortable. Even with the COVID restrictions in place, me not being able to go into the exam room with the cats makes me anxious, they STILL do their best to keep me as informed as possible and make sure I don't get antsy. The vets are willing to go the extra mile and take all the time needed to answer my questions and go over every treatment plan available. I'll always highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

Dr. Mayo is the best, and the techs are very friendly and professional. I always get in quickly, feel listened to, and never feel rushed. And I feel like they're handling COVID protocols very responsibly. Awesome crew!
