Too many problems to list, but I'll try. I bought a new car there at the end of July last year and bought a service agreement. I was never notified it was time to bring in the car, so I made my own appointment. When I got there, they did not have me on their appointment list. I had an issue with a scratch on the side when I bought the car and it was written up as a defect. BUT it turned out that was only good for 30 days, which I was not told. The salesman said he contacted me a few times about it, which is not true. So now it won't be fixed. It took over 24 hours to get that information so I had to leave the car there overnight for nothing. I had only put 2,000 miles on the car so maybe did not need an oil change, but it was done anyway, possibly using up my one free service, again for nothing.

I was amazed and impressed with the professionalism of all concerned and especially Barry Fox who made the entire process stress free.
