In October I brought a safe door to them to change the combination they charged me 100. In February I installed the door on the safe and after 4-6 times the combination would not open the safe. I called them to inform on the situation and advised they respond to my house. Ounce they arrived they said it would cost me 300 to re do the combination to the safe. The technician that responded even said whomever did the work the first time did it wrong yet the owner of the company would not honor his guarantee. I will never use them again.
Been waiting 3 days for them to come. We call every day and they give you an excuse why they have not been able to come. These people are unreliable if you ask me,. I f they don't want the business they should just come out and tell you.
