I've known about Easter's for years. Yet, I first chose convenience over competence when I asked my local hardware store to duplicate my front door key. Turns out they didn't have the right blank, but one that \would work.\ It didn't. Easter's, on the other hand, had the proper blank, and quickly made the key with no muss or fuss. They even showed me why the hardware store key would never work. And, their price was not at all out of line. In the past, they've been able to get obscure key blanks for me that worked perfectly. Save yourself a hassle. Go to Easter's.
This company is excellent. I had them rekey 6 locks, and turn 5 double cylinder deadbolts (key opening exterior and interior) to having thumb turns on the interior side. They came out and did it same day. The locks were 1950s Russwin locks. They were event able to match the metal. Thanks!
Excellent service the tech was polite, fast, and professional and mainly the lock was fixed will definitely use them again for lock issues.
