Love love love this place!! I’ve been living here ever since they started leasing to the public! The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. The apartments are beautiful for the price you pay. Would highly recommend living here :)

If you’re looking for a new apartment complex to lease with, definitely go with Eight Thirty Water Tower! The units, amenities and all the staff are super nice! So glad to be living here both this year and next

I’ve been living at 830 Water Tower for two years now! The staff and maintenance have always been accommodating to any questions, concerns, or requests I’ve had. When initially searching for a new place to call home, there was something about the style, cleanliness, and flexibility with both the property/staff that I just did not receive at other places in town like I did with 830! It’s definitely a great place to call your home away from home!

I have recently moved into the apartments here and absolutely love it!!! It’s very nice and modern and all the people around me are great, especially the staff! Any problems that were mentioned were heard and fixed in a timely manner! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for apartments in Big Rapids!!
