Terrible parking situation. No one can visit. My friend visited me for an hour and when he walked to his truck, it had a device on it that he had to pay 300 to remove.

The apartment is nice and new but the construction in the area is unbearable. I've lived here for a little over a year now and the noise has only gotten worse; I've had visitors get fined 310 for parking outside of visitor spots because there are only 6 for a complex that has over 80 units. Because of construction all street parking is blocked off (and construction is going on until late 2021!!!) when you have someone visit and the 6 spots are taken (which is always since even people that live here park their cars there for a week at a time) My visitors have to park over a mile away sometimes. This place will be great in 2022 when everything is done but right now it is a hectic mess; we live in a construction zone 7 days a week!
