I was pleased with the service I received today. The employee welcomed me and walked me through the process of sending my package and including a return shipping label. When I accidentally overstepped the COVID-19 floor sticker, he politely asked me to return to the appropriate place. He explained the fees I would incur for the return shipping and advised me on options for quick delivery. An overall pleasant and productive experience. Thank you!

This was my first experience with FedEx Office Print & Ship and it was amazing! Their customer service is impeccable. I was nervous because I've never used this service before but I was greeted by a very nice welcoming lady and she helped me tremendously! I can not recommend this place enough. I live in Cincinnati but will always make the drive to this location!

I've shipped several packages from here, ranging from small prepackaged jobs to bundles of tech equipment that I had no idea how to pack. Always helpful and professional, and gave good details and suggestions about which service to use. Haven't used their other services.

Wow. I originally called the customer service number to retrieve a lost tracking number. Dude who answered the phone was dumber than a box of rocks and couldn’t help me (didn’t ask the correct info). So, I called the store I originally shipped it out of. A female assisted me on the phone, easily found my tracking number & even gave me a status on the package (which was my next question). Thank you for solving this issue for me! Great job, thanks for saving the day!

Charged me 134 dollars to ship a package when I walked In,If I bought shipping label threw ebay it would have only cost 64 I dont understand why I was ripped off. Won't go threw fedex anymore because I am fedup being overcharged.

Charged me 33 to receive a fax from the IRS. They knew I had no choice and they exploited the opportunity. The manager was unyielding and unreasonable. She could have charged me for fewer pages, but she chose to charge me the full 1.50 per page. I will never again use shipping or office services from Fedex/Kinko’s. I will use the post office and/or UPS.
