I am always greeted with a friendly hello and thorough service. Today I had a heavy package and the clerk picked it up for me and took it to the scale. She was also very helpful in guiding me to make best choice by which to send my package. I love to do business here because it is a nice atmosphere with quick and helpful service.

Horrible: got home and discovered a problem with a phone number I gave them at the recepiants end. THEIR MAILBOX IS FULL! So now I have to drive eight miles back to see them 1 on 1 Answer your phone, . IT'S A BUSINESS NOT A HOBBY YOUR MAILBOX IS FULL!!!!!! It was particularly annoying that I had to make a 16 mile return second trip just to change a phone number on the recipient's end ( which was MY error) but (1) because they wouldn't answer their phone [ that rang] and ( 2) once I was on the premises, I civilly requested to speak to the manager, who cowered in his/ her office, refusing to respond. I took the package directly to the post office myself and was in and out on less than ten minutes. This place does not pass the smell test, and clearly went out of business months ago and does not respond to customers/creditors. I boxed the mailing myself, all they had to do was slap on a label. They charged 76.37 for this \ service\ ; 34.75 WAS ACTUAL POSTAGE. This is a charade.....
