Our building lock stopped working today and Michael showed up just 10-15 minutes after we called the company. We never expect someone coming this quick at night. He is very professional and able to help us fix the building lock quickly. He also helped us check on our other lock with no charge. Great service, kind and generous guy, would definitely recommend to other people.

I bought a new car for my daughter, but it only came with one set of keys. After calling all around and talking to many locksmith, nobody would budge on their price and they were gouging me. This man - his name is NIRO- Who I thought at first sounded possibly Hispanic on the phone but ended up being from Egypt, was so kind I could not believe it! He came to my home, in a timely manner, driving a very nice white van complete with air-conditioning and incredible lighting with a little office in the back. He was immaculate the way he handled my vehicle and could not have been a nicer guy. I found out that the name of his company is actually named after the initials of his three children. I love to support a nice family man! He not only made me one but made me TWO keys for less than what the other guys were charging me FOR ONE. If you want a clean-cut guy that treats you like a movie star, I would definitely recommend Niro at LDL locksmith. I asked him if I could take a picture of him and he probably thought I was crazy. But I did it just for this reason and posted positive reviews on my local Nextdoor app. So that I could post his photo and let you guys see how he showed up to my house! He has great prices and literally called me 20 minutes out just like he said he would. When he got here he called and said he was out front. He was here and gone within 30 minutes and I am the proud owner of three key sets! Yea me! Enjoy the blessing! Mama C
