I have lived at la maison apartments for 4 years and I love it... it’s a quiet living environment. There is a washer and Dyer and a pool. It’s great for small families

Management and maintenance are very friendly! The apartments are nice size and offer plenty of room for two people. The pool is great for summer fun, and since we live so close to USM, it is easy to avoid traffic and parking for school.

WORST PLACE EVER. I would not reccomend living in this apartment complex to ANYONE. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for. the management is terrible, and they do not take care of the place at all. Parking is very inconvenient and they will tow your guest's vehicles. BEWARE
