The technician came to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem. He offered two lock solutions which he said would last us for as long as we needed it. He was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable on the products he works on. We have had experience with B&B over the years and they have never let us down, ever. They are always friendly and even try to help us solve without having a service call. Great people!

i was hired 15 per hour. I walked out the first day. Never have i ever heard a superior use the language that he did. I expected to be paid 15 and hour for the 8 hours I worked. NOPE!!!!!! I was paid 10. I would never have accepted that rate of pay. the staff seems like they are walking on eggshells. awful.... Reporting them
The deadbolt lock on the entry door required a repair. No parts were needed and the technician did a great job -- a total of 25 minutes on site. Unfortunately, their pricing was not clearly disclosed. 99 base trip fee, plus 100 per hr for labor. My complaint is that they charged an ADDITIONAL "skill" fee (on top of the hourly charge). If you use their services, make sure that you understand their cost structure in advance.
B B Locksmith is great. I had locked myself out of my house, my neighbor called BB Locksmith for me (my phone was in the house) and they came over within less then 15 minutes. The service person was so nice and made me feel not so crazy because I locked myself out, he said it happens all the time no problem. And the price was very good also. I would use BB Locksmith again, and also recommend them to anyone you will not be disappointed. Ann Fasching
Can you be professional and personal at the same time? Not every company but I can assure you BB Locksmith can and has been with every single job we’ve called on them. They come to our rescue!!!
