For such a small show room it is packed with inventory. Had to make two trips and both times they had exactly what I needed the prices were very reasonable. Staff was very welcoming

Happy Camper! Bought my first camper from here and they have been a pleasure to work with. They’re family owned and operated. Even though it took a little longer because their inspection guy was sick, I’d rather wait for these guys. He was so diligent in making sure that everything worked properly and took me through every single thing to make sure I was comfortable. They were accommodating for our schedule and not always being able to come right down. We were able to put in our bid for a lower price but we were informed prior to that it was all consignments. We thought it might of taken a week but it was the next day we got our answer! She set realistic expectations and then exceeded them. It was a painless and pleasurable experience with these guys.

I recently had an issue with my RV a/c and called them. Even though they were obviously extremely busy, they kindly got me in the next morning and said they would diagnose the issue while i waited. They quickly discovered that a new capacitor was needed. They also showed me how the fan motor was starting to go bad. In less than two hours they had me back on the road with an a/c running like new. They could have easily just said that I needed a whole new unit, but they got me back on the road with minimum fuss and expense. I have been dealing with them for several years. They have always been HONEST and friendly. MUCH better service than dealing with Camping World or one of the big corporate places. I highly recommend them.

This place is out ragingly priced. Thet wanted to charge me 270 to move my 5th wheel 43 miles. I had to have it ready to hook up and go. Then they drop it and go. So I do all the work and they make all the money. Monica was very rude when i called to challenge the price. Linda is very nice Shes the one to deal woth. Monica is not customer oriented at all. I had a guy.come from Deland and moved my 5th wheel for 175 he helped tear it down and set it up. Very courteous and punctual. I would not recommend New Horizon to anyone. There prices are ridiculous and Monica is rude.
