So I scheduled my appointment for 2 p.m. one day, the person that answered the phone told me it might not be right at 2 but somewhere around 2 which was fine. He let me know that he will call me to let me know when he was in route. 4:00 rolled around I hadn't heard anything from this company then I decided to call back for the guy to tell me oh well it's not going to be today. This that and the other happened and it won't be today. So then I'm like were you at least going to call me and tell me then he's like oh well it's been a crazy day I got busy I can call you and possibly come out tomorrow I can't tell you what time though. So I just hung up the phone. I'm not going to beg anyone to come and make some money to do a job for me. There are a million other companies who would appreciate my business so I'll never call this company again. Super unprofessional. I would not recommend. Next!!!!! So I ended up calling another company that came within the hour and got the job done in less than 15 mins for the same price I was quoted. So you live and and you learn. I was referred to Mr locksmith and Im so glad made a call to him was very patient and helpful spoke of my issue with a new car remote one button of 4 wasn''t working he setup appt met with him Mr Al got it working and I was just a happy camper...I highly recommend going for your needs....Mr Al thank you sooo very much!!!!
He arrived very shortly after calling even though it was late and went above and beyond the call of duty he even already had a hard to find key that I have asked for at a lot of big name key cutting places in the past and the keys he had to make work smoothly every time so far and he even gave me a discount over the original quote not something you find often people want a little more I would 110% call back

Did an exceptional job unlocking my car when I was stranded. Car is older and the locks are eroded, he was able to determine and grind out a new key on the spot. Thank you Al!
