So, I ran out of gas on the highway, and the genius tow truck driver from Tally's decided I had been drinkinking, and called the State Police. There was no arrest, and I went on my merry way. I didn't CHOOSE to use these guys, but they were apparently contracted by my insurance company. I recommend that you NEVER use them and if your insurance company does, GET NEW INSURANCE!

The man who came to help was 5 star, the dispatcher on the other hand told me that he was going to send a driver that way in half an hour, 3 hours later they sent me a message saying he was on route... my location at the time was 7.1 miles from where they are located. They need to do a better job in telling clients when they're sending their drivers out.
Good service. Tough pull but got me out and back on the road in good time.
Brandon was prompt and got my keys quickly. He even showed me how to find the hidden key in my remote FOB as well. If I ever need service again, I will definitely use them
I used this service through my insurance company to have my vehicle towed tonight. The ETA was 8:06 pm but he ended up getting there at 9:50 pm. I could’ve dealt with that, as I was no longer with my car anyway. But the person who was with my car, called me to tell me that the towing truck HIT MY CAR when he was backing up to it. Sure enough, my tail light is cracked. Can’t wait to see what else I notice once the sun comes up. He also hit my landlord’s fence. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
