Hidden gem for me. I found this location by accident and now it saves me 15-20 minutes on my trip. Super staff and not busy at all the two times I used it for FEDEX shipment.

They definitely do not know the procedural rules for a notary. My husband is standing in front of them, hasn’t finished signing a document & I hadn’t signed it at all and the young lady wouldn’t notarize it. I have my ID, he has his, and she said because he already started signing before she saw it, (mind you, her notary journal is open) but she can’t notarize mine either. That should have NOTHING to do with notarizing my signature, at minimum. And HE is the signer and he’s standing in front of you, with his ID. I could understand if we had asked her to notarize a signature of someone who wasn’t there. I’ve had a notary license for decades and never had an issue with another notary. (You can’t notarize your own signature) And they couldn’t have been more aloof about it. The three kids working there were all sitting down when we walked in. I suppose that’s what they would rather be doing because the place was empty, otherwise. Remember, you never know what someone is going through. What you might think is “no big deal” could be creating a huge headache for someone who’s plate is already, really full.

I have used this business many times and have always had my package arrive on time until now, when it matters the most (reason for 3 stars). Since it is their business to give you all the options on the best way to send your package I assumed this time would be no different. That's my mistake, Even after stating how important it is to arrive by the next weekend and the fact I paid 20 to mail a small package, cost wasn't the issue, time was. So here it is a day after the estimated arrival time and no idea of when it will arrive. After expressing my frustration and disappointment I was told sorry. No, I'm sorry that a gift that was to be given in person at a very special occasion won't be given now.

These guys are fabulous! Always helpful and can give you direction and ideas on the best way to ship. I love their location, plus there are outside dropboxes as well. They always have supplies and tape to help. I take them every package I can.

UPS AUTHORIZED store??? But you don’t take QR code Amazon returns? Amazon says to return to any UPS store. Update your software if you’re going to claim to be UPS authorized in your false advertising.
