Outstanding service ! If there were 6 or 7 stars, I would give them. Great attention to detail. Honest folks. Most importantly, they focus on repairing the problem (if possible) rather than replacing (like many other epair centers\). This saves the customer lots of . I wish all epair\ centers were as honest and focused-on-the-customer as Pratt's. Great job guys !!!

I was at a rest area and we overloaded the amps by running our ac and microwave Pratt walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone and helped me find the switch on the generator to fix and get our appliances running. our manuals are pretty generic I owe this guy a beer.
