Would give this place 0 stars if I could , they will lie about things they are responsible for , they have stolen money from me and not issued me a refund after a vehicle I rented from them broke down after 4 days of use before the week was even up they then ignored countless calls and messages and have decided that I would get any type of refund or provided with another vehicle to reimburse what I paid for , where I paid 300 for a week of service that never completed , I would avoid this company there are plenty of other car companies you can rent from in Philadelphia for rideshare who are more reasonable and honest like Thriveride down the street from them or even renting thru Lyft or Uber will be cheaper and more reliable than this unprofessional entity .
