After calling over 6 different emergency locksmiths, I finally found one, that had not only a living breathing human being, but a knowledge human that was able to give me answers over the phone that lead to a technician coming to my apartment in 30 minutes and changing the lock. The company technician was wearing proper PPE, but was also in and out in 20 minutes including the time we spent having a few jokes together at a social distance. I would recommend TOP LOCK to anyone who wants the job done right and at a fair price. Thanks for all your help Matt!
