After being completely mistreated by Garland Cadillac, Platinum Cadillac is a gift from the car God's. Chad in the service department is absolutely amazing, and the guys that did the service on my XTS were awesome and they were FAST!! I am over the moon to have finally found my new Cadillac home at Platinum Cadillac!!

I would like to tell everybody how great the customer service is at platinum Cadillac by saying new car manager Mike Bedrick and car salesman Tracy Foxare outstanding. My wife went to test drive several vehicles and Tracy Fox was outstanding taking great care on driving the vehicles. She decided on the 2020 Cadillac XT4 which was outstanding. MIKE took care of insuring the financing was done and I very much appreciate the exceptional service and if you want great customer service let Platinum Cadillac/Chevrolet in Terrell help you. A five star rating is not high enough. Thank you Justin Rudd for making me feel great about an outstanding day of buying a car. I have bought cars at the dealership for last 20 years us and will continue. Thanks again gentlemen outstanding job all of you.
Service department was the worst customer service ever. I took my XT-4 in for warranty work, they charged Cadillac for the repairs but did not fix the problem, when I took it back (after waiting a week on my appointment and left it all day)they didn’t have time to work on it. I will not be back and don’t recommend this dealership for sales or service
Tonya was amazing! She did everything over the phone, and we went in and signed the paperwork. Easiest vehicle purchase I've had.
I bought a car there recently and it was a wonderful experience! Tracy was awesome on finding the perfect vehicle for me! He and the rest of the staff was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend them!
