So far my experiences been great. The customer service feeling is friendly and warm. The banking experience is also nice. Their Lomita branch identity has a really cool theme. And their ATM gives larger withdrawal limits and offers large denominations--I like 100's!

Charles Nguyen, Relationship Manager was extremely knowledgeable about the auto loan and extremely helpful throughout the whole paperwork process. I highly recommend to join this credit union if you live in the South Bay and ask for Charles Nguyen (Lomita) he’ll make you feel like family.

My wife Karen and I joined in April of 2018. We had just gotten married and wanted to put our cash gifts into the bank. Neither of us had an account anywhere. I consulted my daughter. She told me to join a credit union. We went to the new South Bay Credit Union in Lomita. Sara Morales, manager, was excellent. We love visiting with her, while also taking care of business. Everyone is very nice and willing to help with anything you might need. Awesome!!

Very poor customer service. Only one person at the counter with multiple waiting. Small town experience - not even close! Go to “big box” bank and get treated much better.
