Went there today and had such a great experience. super professional and caring staff. Had the pleasure of meeting employee named Ash and spoke to him about how the state is closing all small businesses again and how my business is currently closed. He was super nice and helped me a lot. They have excellent products and great understanding about customer needs. (Not looking only to sell). Definitely got my, my friends and family’s business. As a Staten Island resident I understand the struggle of small businesses, we need to support these types of small businesses and not the huge corporations like Home Depot. Thank you so much for this experience.

In need of a new car key/fob and programming? Look no further than Ash at Advance Lock & Key. He offered the best price (by far) and had my new key ready to go in 5 quick minutes. Great guy and great service. Its much appreciated.
Called Advance Lock at 9:20am because we could not open the door from outside the Baldwin handle was broke. Ash asked me to send a picture of my door handle to his cell phone so he knew what parts to bring and was at my house 20 minutes later. Mind you it’s snowing out. Ash was very professional and extremely pleasant and honest, he fixed my door handle in no time. I have always used Advance to have keys made but this was the first time I needed a service at my home. I wouldn’t use any other locksmith. Definitely recommend them.

Moving to a new house is stressful along with all of the associated tasks that need to be completed. Security is very important to my husband and I, so naturally, replacing our locks was first priority since we had no idea who had copies of our key after the house was on the market for a while. Ash could not have been nicer or easier to work with. He alleviated so much stress in the moving process. He was easily available and accommodated our schedule. He met with my husband and I in our home, explained our options, providing both catalogs and also samples of the various locks and he was also was able to provide feedback regarding style of lock to match the aesthetic of our home (an added bonus!). My husband and I were eager to have our new locks installed and Ash provided multiple updates on when the locks would be ready as they were a custom job. As soon as the locks arrived in his shop, he quickly set up an installation date. When the day arrived, he was punctual and efficient. He also took the time to make sure my husband and I were happy with the job. Ash had us try each of the locks individually and made sure we both felt comfortable with our new locks. Pricing wise, he was very fair and comparable, if not better, than the other quotes we received. I could not recommend Advance Lock and Key enough. I will definitely be using them in the future for all of our security needs.
