Definitely deserves a 5 ️s rating!! I brought my daughter here to tour and the staff were just absolutely amazing! They were excellent and super professional. Alana and Mary were both so friendly and really took the time to show us EVERYTHING! And then that even gave us shirts just for coming in! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had while touring. I’ll forever be grateful for the time and attention they showed us!

I’ve lived here for two years now, currently in my third lease. Decent place to live, staff is amazing, can’t complain one bit about them. Super friendly, and always ready to help with absolutely everything they can. The only thing I’d have to complain about is that I’m terrified to move out. It’s been almost 6 years since this apartment has been empty, two of which I’ve lived in, which means when I move out, every bit of damage is that was here when I moved in will be charged to me. I know this after seeing my friends move out and having the same thing happen to them. It’s a great place to live but they’re not afraid to get all the money they can out of you. Also they find the cheapest possible fix for issues, which often leads to things not working correctly, or having to find more complicated ways to use things. Once again, the staff here is amazing, and i know these problems come from higher up than them, but it’s still something to consider before moving in here

I enjoy living at SQ and the staff is SO kind however appliances were breaking constantly and it always took a long time and lots of nagging to get them fixed. I also had a massive issue with my mail always being put in the wrong mailbox and several items and packages were lost, which is not directly SQs fault but they never did anything to help fix the issue. Also parking is an issue...if you get back late at night all the spots will be filled and as someone who lived in building I, walking back late at night across the entire complex made me uncomfortable. They also didn’t do anything to tend to the parking lot after the snow and I know many people that got stuck myself included. Overall, this is a decent place to live but Uedge and monarch are much nicer and for what I pay at student quarters I’m disappointed in what I get.

Great place to stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is on top of all requests. Can't complain!
